One-star reviews often show the worst customer experiences. That makes them useful — but not sufficient on their own.
Find Failure Modes
Low-rated reviews can expose leakage, breakage, confusing setup, difficult cleaning, poor fit, or other points of friction.
Check for Patterns
One extreme review should not define a product. Repeated issues across multiple reviews are more meaningful.
Keep the Full Picture
Positive and mid-rated reviews matter too. Comparing different rating levels helps separate isolated experiences from recurring product patterns.
1-star reviews are useful for finding what could go wrong — not for deciding whether a product is good or bad.
