These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the CommBriX website and the purchase and delivery of Product Evaluation services. By accessing our website or purchasing an Evaluation, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About CommBriX
CommBriX is an independent product evaluation firm registered in the Netherlands (EU). We provide Product Evaluation services to B2B buyers, procurement teams, and sourcing professionals. Our services are exclusively business-to-business (B2B) in nature.
2. Definitions
- "Evaluation" — A CommBriX Product Evaluation service, either Standard or Advanced, delivered as a structured report.
- "Credit" — A unit representing one Evaluation of one physical sample.
- "Client" — The business entity purchasing Credits or Evaluations from CommBriX.
- "Sample" — The physical product submitted by the Client for evaluation (required for Advanced Evaluation).
- "Report" — The written output of an Evaluation, delivered in PDF format.
3. Services
CommBriX offers two Evaluation tiers:
- Standard Evaluation — VOC customer review analysis. No physical sample required.
- Advanced Evaluation — VOC analysis plus hands-on product validation. Physical sample required.
Each Credit covers one Evaluation of one physical sample. Credits are non-transferable between product types or suppliers unless agreed in writing.
4. Orders and Credits
Credits may be purchased individually or as bulk packs. All Credit purchases are confirmed by written agreement or invoice. CommBriX reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Unused Credits do not carry over beyond the validity period.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in EUR and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Current pricing:
- Standard Evaluation: €59 per Credit (€1,002 for 20-credit pack)
- Advanced Evaluation: €199 per Credit (€3,582 for 20-credit pack)
Prices are subject to change. The price applicable to your order is confirmed at the time of purchase. Payment is due in full prior to commencement of any Evaluation.
6. Confidentiality and NDA
All Clients are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any Evaluation begins. CommBriX treats all Client materials — including product specifications, supplier information, and Evaluation results — as strictly confidential. We will not disclose Client information to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.
7. Sample Submission (Advanced Evaluation)
For Advanced Evaluations, the Client is responsible for shipping the Sample to the CommBriX evaluation address provided after NDA signing. Shipping costs are borne by the Client. CommBriX will handle Samples with reasonable care but accepts no liability for loss or damage during transit.
Samples will be returned to the Client upon request, at the Client’s cost, or disposed of responsibly if no return instruction is received within 30 days of Report delivery.
8. Delivery and Timelines
- Standard Evaluation Reports are delivered within 2 business days of order confirmation.
- Advanced Evaluation Reports are delivered within 7 business days of Sample receipt.
Timelines are indicative. CommBriX will notify the Client promptly if delays occur. CommBriX is not liable for delays caused by late Sample delivery, incomplete product information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Evaluation Scope and Limitations
CommBriX Evaluations are independent assessments based on the specific Sample submitted and VOC data available at the time of analysis. Results reflect the evaluated Sample only and do not guarantee the quality of any future production batch, supplier shipment, or product variant.
Evaluations are not regulatory compliance certifications and do not replace mandatory testing, certification, or conformity assessment required by applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
All Reports produced by CommBriX remain the intellectual property of CommBriX until full payment is received. Upon payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the Report for internal business purposes. Reports may not be resold, published, or shared with third parties without CommBriX’s prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
CommBriX’s total liability to the Client for any claim arising from or related to an Evaluation shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for that specific Evaluation. CommBriX is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or losses arising from procurement decisions made on the basis of an Evaluation.
12. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled without charge if cancelled before the Evaluation commences. Once an Evaluation has commenced, no refund is available. For Advanced Evaluations, the Evaluation is deemed to have commenced upon receipt of the Sample.
If CommBriX is unable to complete an Evaluation due to reasons within our control, a full refund of the applicable Credit value will be issued.
13. Data Protection
CommBriX processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable EU data protection law, including the GDPR. By using our services, you agree to our data processing practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
15. Changes to These Terms
CommBriX reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be published on this page with the effective date noted at the top. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
