We use a two-layer process: rigorous online screening followed by on-the-ground verification — including trade show visits and factory floor inspections. The final step is always a direct conversation with the factory's decision-maker. If they can't answer our questions confidently, we walk away.

What is your MOQ, lead time, and sample policy?

MOQ starts from 50–200 units for stock items. OEM and ODM MOQ varies by product and is listed on each product page. Lead times range from 5–10 days for stock items to 45–70 days for ODM orders. Samples are available for all product types.

Do you support OEM and ODM customization?

Shipping & Logistics

What shipping terms do you offer?

We support FOB, CIF, DDP, and EXW — giving you full flexibility depending on your logistics setup. FOB is our default for most orders. DDP is available for buyers who want a fully landed price with no customs work on their end.
